Why we use dp instead od px in android ?

Due to different resolutions of devices we can’t use pixels (px) because it varies device to device ………

 

that’s why we use Density pixel (dp)  which is same for all devices ………… 🙂

 

 

And you can also use Scale-independent Pixels – this is like the dp unit, but it is also
scaled by the user’s font size preference.
