  • The Technical University of Munich is offering TUM Visiting Post-Doc Fellowship in Global Transformations 2017 to excellent scholars at any stage of their post-doctoral career who wish to conduct research political and/or policy-relevant aspects of major global transformations.
  • Candidates from any related discipline including history, political science, economics, business/management studies, computational science, sociology, cognitive psychology, philosophy, public policy/administration, communications, law, and engineering, environmental studies are eligible to apply.
  • Recipients of TUM Visiting Post-Doc Fellowship in Global Transformations 2017 are required to teach a course related to their research to students of Master of Science in “Politics & Technology” program.
  • Applicants are required to be active in the intellectual activities of the BSPP/TUM GOV.
  • Candidates applying for TUM Visiting Post-Doc Fellowship in Global Transformations 2017 must submit the following mentioned documents before the deadline passes away:
    • Research proposals of at most 3000 words including plans to collaborate with the host institution
    • Cover letter describing the motivation for the application
    • A journal article length writing sample
    • CV with at most 10 pages with a list of major publications
    • A short teaching proposal
    • a statement about their home institution’s policy on sabbatical pay (if they’re already holding positions at academic institutions)
