  • Applicants who are enrolled at a UK Higher Education Institution are eligible to apply for Henrietta Hutton Research Grant, 2018.
  • Applicants with a background in field research studies with a significant social and environmental science, geographical or natural history element will be given preference.
  • Candidates applying for Henrietta Hutton Research Grant, 2018 should show proof of strong host country participation in the field research to be undertaken.
  • Candidates must commence their field research the same year the grant is awarded.
  • The field research need not be connected to the student’s academic studies.
  • The duration of the field work research must be more than four weeks.
  • Projects that involve joining an existing organization on a pre-paid tour will not be considered for Henrietta Hutton Research Grant, 2018.

The KVPY Fellowships is to aid Indian Nationals to Study in India. The candidates who want to pursue their undergraduate program under Distance Education scheme/correspondence course are not eligible to apply.

Eligibility:

  • The candidates applying for KVPY Fellowships should be enrolled in an undergraduate course in fields related to Basic Sciences like B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Genetics, Geophysics, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Geology, Human Biology, Materials Science or Environmental Science.
  • The successful candidates from stream SA/SX/SB will receive the funding after the XII Standard/ (+2) / I year UG.

Selection Criteria:

  • The candidates are selected based on the Aptitude test.

University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) is pleased to offer UDE-Scholarships to pursue Bachelor and Master degree program for winter 2017/2018 and summer 2018. International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

The aim of the scholarship is to provide financial help to international students to study in Germany.

With over 43,000 students, the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) is one of the ten largest in the Federal Republic. Their wide range of subjects ranges from the humanities, society and education sciences to economics, engineering, natural sciences, and medicine. Since its foundation in 2003, UDE has developed into a universally recognized research university.

Course Level: Scholarships are available to pursue Bachelor and Master degree program.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to learn any of the courses offered by the university.

Scholarship Award: The UDE-Scholarship is part of the Deutschlandstipendium and awards excellent students studying at the University of Duisburg-Essen with 300 € per month for an entire academic year.

Number of Scholarships: In 2016/2017 we were happy to provide 334 scholarships.

Scholarship can be taken in Germany

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

  • All students who are properly enrolled at the University of Duisburg-Essen and are within their regular course duration
  • Everyone who intends to study at the University of Duisburg-Essen in the winter semester 2016/17 beginning in October (matriculation status will be checked at the beginning of the semester – matriculation at the time of application is not necessary)
  • Unfortunately, PhD students or students of degree courses liable to fees (e.g. Educational Media) cannot apply for a UDE-scholarship in general.

Nationality: International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: All students who are properly enrolled at the University of Duisburg-Essen and are within their regular course duration.

English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

The Government of Poland Scholarship, 2017 is open to students from Kenya, Burundi, the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Eligibility criteria:

  • The scholarship covers tuition fee while the living and living expenses must be borne by the applicants.
  • Applicants of The Government of Poland Scholarship, 2017 enrolling into BA, BSc and Master or equivalent degree studies must not be older than 24 years.
  • Ph.D.  degree applicants must not be older than 32 years at the time of application.
