EU ‘Madad’ Fund in partnership with UNHCR’s Albert Einstein German Academic Refugee Initiative (DAFI) is offering HOPES Scholarships, 2017 to refugees from Syria in Jordan.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants of HOPES Scholarships, 2017 must be refugees from Syria.
  • The age of the applicants must be less than 32 years.
  • Candidates applying for HOPES Scholarships, 2017 should have a valid refugee permit issued by UNHCR.
  • Students must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a good average from a recognized university.
  • Candidates will be eligible if they have no other means of financial support to obtain the master’s degree.
  • Students must not be in receipt of any other scholarships.

The fellowship aims at exploring fluid-rock alteration processes thought to occur in the subsurface of icy planetary moons, using both experimental and modelling approaches.
